mykriteek Flickr group

I'm pleased to announce the mykriteek Flickr group. A place to suggest image 'trios' for blogging as a 2/3 episode.
GROUPS OF THREE IMAGES (ONLY)
Add selections of three images together (one after the other) from your photostream. Images that you think Ugo and I might find interesting as featured 2/3 episodes (Two perspectives/Three images). Image trios can represent a theme, one particular genre, or represent your work across multiple genres - It's entirely up to you. :-) Of course, I will only feature those images I really like and feel will interest both Ugo, myself and listeners. - It's always fun to listen to Ugo squirm as I spring images on him and make him talk about them without any time to gather his thoughts.Bodiiin :-)))
SpeedKriteek (NEW FORMAT) - Andrea Buzzichelli (rookie!), on Flickr (Italy)
SpeedKriteek: andrea buzzichelli (rookie!), on Flickr (Italy)
- 15 images from the same photographer
- 20 seconds per image, a bell signalling me to move to the next image
- 5 minute clock
- Final Bell - 'Ding Ding Ding'
Pretty low tech stuff...
I've been wanting to try this format ever since I started the mykriteek but have only just found some tools that will allow me to do it. I recorded it late last night, on my main computer in the kitchen which has the power to handle the tools I'm using (The garage computer is about to go to computer heaven). I sent the link to Ugo today from work and he wrote back and said that I should just go ahead and make a fool of myself with this 'test' SpeedKriteek.
Anyway, it's not polished or pretty... but I really would welcome feedback.
If this is really really bad, then please tell me so that I can stop before I make too much of an ass out of myself.
Instructions:
1. Play in the highest resolution (HD) you can handle.
2. Let the Video cache before playing, unless you have a really really really fast internet connection (I don't) :-(
3. Watch FULL SCREEN - It's going to look like crap otherwise.
4. No scoring in this format.
5. Enjoy :-)))
6. Please leave feedback.
Don't worry, I continuing the 90 second singles, and 2/3 episodes, .. Just thought I would add a third format to the mix!
Garage Kriteek - Friday Night
Ugo and I have been forced out to the garage for the time being, or at least until the wife relents and lets us back into the kitchen where we normally record our kriteeks.
We are using an old crapped-out Pentium 4 with a couple of old CRT's slung onto the side of it. The machine is Sloooooow and we are having a dicken's of a time with the final bell only intermittently sounding. Its not ideal but it will just have to do.
Both Ugo and I would like to send out a big thank you to the photographers and listeners who have been sending us such wonderful feedback. We get a real kick out of hearing from you and it makes the hours of blog entry prep and recording worthwhile.
.. Don't stop writing... Feedback and a little wine is the only thing, asides from the great photogoraphy on Flickr, that keeps us going!
Warmest regards to you all and THANK YOU!
Bodiiin :-)
